Who are we?

We are a small tightly knit family business focused on building new duplexes in Sydney metropolitan areas. We began our journey into residential construction over 20 years ago, carrying out small projects such as renovations, extensions, and carpentry jobs. We eventually found ourselves managing the design stage and building turn key duplex/dual occupancy projects for our clients, which quickly became the niche we specialize in.

Our aim is to deliver 2 - 4 new duplex builds per year, emphasizing on a high level of craftsmanship, supervision and control throughout all stages of the construction process. We have found operating this way enables us to deliver a higher level of quality and a much more personal relationship with our clients.

We have all the licenses and insurances required to build in NSW, feel free to ask for a copy. All the contractors we use are also fully licensed and insured.

Meet us

From humble beginnings as an apprentice carpenter at 16 years of age, Andrew honed his skill set into becoming the true craftsman and talented builder he is today.

With over 25 years hands on experience in the building industry, Andrew then furthered his education and gained a Bachelors Degree in Construction Project Management. This combination of boots on the ground experience tied with professional qualifications is what gives Andrew his problem solving abilities and deep understanding of construction processes, materials, resources and administation.

Andrew has an eye for detail and is immensely passionate about he does. He’s constantly trying to improvise and figure out a better way of completing a task, hence why you’ll often see him on site staring silently at the challenge at hand.

A few of his qualifications achieved are:

  • Bachelor of Construction Project Management (UTS);

  • Certificate IV in Building Studies, Residential;

  • Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery; &

  • Certificate IV in Project Management.
